Intro:

ICOPB 2010: 2nd International Conference on Oil Palm Biomass will be held on 2-3 August 2010, at Matrade Exhibition & Convention Centre (MECC), Kuala Lumpur

Abstract:

The first ICOPB 2008 was successfully organized in August 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with over 280 delegates from 17 countries. The conference was officially opened by Honorable Senator A. Kohilan Pillay, Deputy Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities of Malaysia.

This 2nd International Conference on Oil Palm Biomass (ICOPB 2010) will be held at the MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (It has been moved from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur due to the current political problems in Thailand)

ICOPB 2010 will feature the experience of such business ventures as well as table the latest findings on further improvement to the available technologies. In addition a keynote address on the business prospects of renewable materials will be a major attraction of the conference.

Prominent speakers in the field have been invited to make their presentation on a material which has attracted much interest from investors and entrepreneurs.

ICOPB 2010 will focus on the commercialization of Palm Biomass with reviews on some successful projects.

OBJECTIVE:
